Lemon with lemon curd and mascarpone cream: Lemon zest, double cream (MILK), mascarpone cheese (MILK), Lemon curd ( including; sugar, free range EGG, concentrated lemon juice, preservatives Sodium METASULPHITES, salted butter MILK, water, gelling agent Agar, lemon oil.
Chocolate sponge with mascarpone and strawberry filling: cocoa powder including acidity regulators (Potassium Hydroxide and Potassium carbonates)., 54.5% Dark chocolate including SOYA Cocoa mass – Sugar – Cocoa butter – Emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322) – Natural vanilla flavouring, 33.6% milk chocolate (including; sugar – cocoa butter – whole MILK powder- cocoa mass -Emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322) – Natural vanilla flavouring) , double cream (MILK), mascarpone cheese (MILK), vanilla bean paste including; sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, tragacanth), icing sugar, fresh strawberries. Optional: Strawberry rum liqueur.

Fresh Fruit – seasonal fruit will be used, please state if you have any fruit allergies when placing your order. All fruit is glazed with apricot jam including; Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Apricots, Acidity Regulators (Citric acid, Sodium Citrates), Gelling Agent (Pectins)
