Limoncello is a renowned Italian liquor originating from Sorrento. It is usually served after dinner but makes a beautiful addition to any dessert. This beautiful cake consists of a light sponge soaked with Limoncello and filled with a limoncello flavoured pastry cream. To make it even more decadent, it is coated with a lemon crema diplomatica and topped with some of the popular pasticcini Bigne. For lemon lovers out there, this is a must!

Sponge flour, Eggs, Sugar, vanilla powder, Butter, 00 flour, salt, water, egg yolks, whole milk, vanilla paste, cornflour, custard powder, ‘Bon Crema’ Italian pastry cream flavouring syrup, granulated sugar, double cream, Lemon zest and limoncello liquor. Dark chocolate.
