I couldn’t make a Ferrero Rocher cake without paying ode to its best friend the Raffaello chocolate. In the same way milk chocolate and hazelnut are a match made in heaven, so to is the combination of white chocolate, almond and coconut. This cake has an Almond Pan di Spagna sponge soaked with amaretto liqueur, is filled and coated with a coconut and white chocolate crema diplomatica and finished with flaked almonds, white chocolate shavings and Raffaello chocolates.
