What sets Italian ‘pasticceria’ aside from other patisserie is plainly obvious when you taste it, you might be familiar with pastry such as choux, puff and shortcrust, but what I fill it with elevates it to a whole new level.
The addition of Italian liqueurs and flavourings to a sumptuous and smooth pastry cream gives these ‘small bites of heaven’ a light yet decadent flavour that dances on your taste buds and leaves you hungry for more.

Italian for cake, ‘Torte’ are a range of larger desserts for slicing. Each with their own decadent flavours and sublime textures these cakes are ideal for any celebration as they can be personalised with a chocolate message plaque and specific decorations on request. That’s not to say they can’t be enjoyed as a weekend treat, after all, who needs an excuse to eat cake!
Pasticcini is Italian for ‘little pastries’. These vary from 1.5”-2.5” in size and come in a variety of pastry types and choice of flavours. In Italy, these are a popular dinner party or occasion dessert as their bite-size proportions lend themselves well for sharing and sampling more than one type. These are best served with a glass of Prosecco for a little taste of luxury.
