Whatever the occasion, however big or small, cake can mark the event like nothing else. I don't have a great memory but, I can remember almost every cake my mother made for me on each birthday as I was growing up, because it was something memorable. I loved blowing out my candles, cutting it and (once I was older) sharing it with family and friends.
No birthday, christening or anniversary is complete without a cake to share with family and friends, but that doesn’t have to mean lots of overly sweet icing that most people tend to peel off before eating. My ‘Torta’ range is for collection only, for Bespoke orders over £150, I am happy to arrange delivery at an extra cost based on mileage and time.
